3D-Raumaufmass with your phone. Walk through once, measure everything.
Walk through a room once and Skava builds a textured, rotatable 3D model from the camera feed. You see the live m2 while scanning. Afterwards you tap any two points to measure wall width, door height, or the distance between connections. No laser required for a first quote or material estimate.

What the 3D room scan does for you on site.
No separate scan app. No island data. Everything in one project.
Scan the room in one walk. Live m2 on screen.
Open the scan, walk slowly through the room, done. The app lays a live mesh over the surfaces as you move and shows the approximate floor area in m2 in real time. No setup, no targets to place.
- Live mesh builds while you walk.
- Floor area shown in m2 as you go.
- Works with any modern iOS or Android phone.
Tap two points to measure. No return trip needed.
Once the scan is saved you can tap any two points in the 3D model to read the distance. Wall width, door height, distance between sockets or pipe connections. Rough, not millimeter-precise, but enough to quote without driving back.
- Wall width, door height, connection spacing.
- Tap two points in the model, distance appears.
- Honest rough measurement, not a laser replacement.
See connections and sockets. Stored right in the project.
The textured model shows where sockets, pipes, switches and connections are. You can mark items directly in the model. And the scan sits in the project folder next to voice memos, tasks and the invoice. No island app, no separate account.
- Mark sockets, pipes and connections in the model.
- Stored next to memos, tasks and invoices.
- No export needed: the team sees it straight away.
"I scanned the bathroom, sent the model to the office and they ordered the tiles the same afternoon. No measuring tape, no extra trip."

Frequently asked questions about 3D-Raumaufmass.
How accurate is the 3D room scan?
The scan is a rough measurement, not a millimeter-accurate laser. It is good enough for a first quote, material estimate, or site documentation. For final structural drawings you still need precise instruments.
Which phones support the 3D room scan?
The scan works on modern iOS and Android phones with a camera. iPhones with LiDAR (Pro models from iPhone 12 Pro onwards) produce more accurate meshes. Older devices use camera-based depth estimation.
Is this a Polycam alternative?
Yes, in terms of the 3D capture itself. The key difference: in Skava the scan lives directly inside your project, next to voice memos, tasks and the invoice. You do not switch between apps.
