Skava is an app that combines chat, project structure, AI-powered voice processing and accounting in a single mobile interface – built for teams in trades, construction and planning.

For anyone working on a construction site or in field service who doesn't want to do paperwork in the evening. Skava replaces WhatsApp groups, Excel spreadsheets and manually writing invoices – all directly from your phone.

In WhatsApp everything gets lost in a group chat. In Skava each project has its own folder with subchats per topic – photos, materials, billing. Plus features no messenger has: AI voice memos, automatic translation, service item recording and invoice generation directly in the app.

You simply speak into your phone what was done on the construction site today. The AI transcribes the memo, creates a summary and automatically extracts individual service items with quantity, unit and description. You review the suggestions and confirm – done.

Yes. All AI-extracted service items are shown to you in a review view. You can edit, delete or add items before they are saved. Nothing happens without your confirmation.

Speech recognition is based on Whisper and supports over 90 languages. The app itself offers German, English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Romanian and Russian as interface languages.

Any message in the chat can be translated into your language with a tap. Voice memo transcripts are also automatically translated. Translations are cached locally so they're available offline too.

No. Everyone writes in their language. The site manager in German, the tiler in Polish, the electrician in Romanian – everyone sees the message in their own language.

Yes. From the recorded service items you can directly generate quotes, invoices and order confirmations as PDF. The next document number comes automatically, you select sender and recipient company – done. Preview, share and print directly from the app.

You can create and manage any number of companies: address, bank details, tax number, logo, invoice defaults. Employees can be assigned with different roles (Owner, Admin, Employee). For each company you see sales statistics – total revenue, paid vs. open, monthly trends.

No, Skava is not accounting software. But it greatly simplifies the path to invoices: record service items (also by voice), generate documents and keep track of outstanding payments. That saves your tax advisor and you a lot of work.

A project is a separate folder for a job. In it you create subchats for individual topics – e.g. photos, materials, customer coordination. Each subchat has its own members, media and tasks. Completed projects go to the archive.

You can create to-dos and service items directly in the chat and assign them to team members. Each item has title, quantity, unit, price and progress percentage. Assigned tasks appear bundled in their own overview.

Skava is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android. There's also a web interface for using it in the browser.

Yes. Messages, projects and service items are stored locally. You can also work offline – messages and files are automatically synchronized once you have signal again.

Only members of a project have access to its contents. Projects and subchats have their own permissions, which are managed by the project creator.
